Do you have this item in stock?

Our website is fully stock managed, and therefore if you can select your size from the drop down list, it should be available. We do not keep any stock in reserves, so if it states 'No Stock' unfortunately this product is no longer available. Very occasionally, due to time delay error, we may not have an item that is shown as available and will always email immediately to give a full refund.

Where do you ship?

Our primary courier service is Royal Mail, who ship throughout UK and almost every country worldwide. The full shipping terms and conditions can be found on our delivery and returns page.

I am ordering from outside the European Union. Is my order VAT free?

Yes. All orders made from outside the EU are exempt from UK VAT charges. Your order will be recalculated -20% UK VAT when placed in cart.

I have an enquiry about the sizing or other information about a product. Can you help?

What happens if I forget my password?

What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?

If you’re not in when your order is delivered then a card will be left by Royal Mail to collect at your local sorting office.

Can I have my order delivered to a work/student address?

Yes! We’re happy to send your order to a work/student digs addresses that are different to your billing address. There is a ship to different address field within our checkout process. 

 

What happens after I've placed my order?

After your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to you detailing your order, your order with then be processed at our warehouse and a second dispatch confirmation will be sent detailing approximate delivery times and tracking number if a tracked service has been selected.
